Delete your Mystery Pawnshop account
How to delete your account and game data in the Android app “Mystery Pawnshop” (Korean: 수상한 전당포), developed by SECRET A.
1. Delete in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to My Page → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
2. Uninstalled the app? Request by email
Email hello@xxm.kr with the details below. We will verify your identity, delete your data within 10 days and confirm.
- Shop owner name
- Server you played on (Asia or Global)
- Member code from My Page (if you know it)
- The Google account email you signed in with (for verification only — deleted afterwards)
You can also reinstall the app, sign in with the same Google account and use option 1.
3. What is deleted and what is kept

| Kept for 1 year | An irreversible hash of your Google account ID — used only to stop repeated sign-up for rewards |
| Deleted after a period | Server backups up to 30 days · crash reports 90 days · server logs 3 months (required by Korean law) |
| Kept without your account | A guild you created stays if other members remain (leadership passes to a member). Vault records stay with your name replaced by “a shop owner” |
